How long does coverage last?
Our installation workmanship is covered for 12 months from the service date.
What does the warranty cover?
TV Bracket supplied by our company
Installation workmanship and labor
Mounting screws, anchors, and accessories provided during installation
Adjustment and tightening of bracket components, if needed
What isn’t covered?
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, or fire.
Damage caused by moving or relocating the TV and bracket by persons other than our technicians.
Damage to the television unit itself.
How do I make a claim?
Contact us promptly with your booking details and photos, and we’ll arrange an assessment.
What happens after I claim?
We will inspect the installation and provide the necessary repair or adjustment at no additional labor cost, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. However, any transportation or travel expenses incurred for the warranty service shall be shouldered by the client.
